The brand is Compagnia Delle Pelli, an Italian company that designs and manufactures their jackets in Italy. This is a European size 50, and I normally wear a 40R, so this seems right. The collar is removable, and a normal leather collar is underneath. Insulated lining, and brand name "Ideal" hardwear on the entire jacket.
