It probably should, though I think it gets enough action that it's a non-issue.

I've been listening to a rotation of Wolves in the Throne Room "Diadem of 12 Stars", Max Richter "The Blue Notebooks" and Aphex Twin "SAW 85-92" the past week or so.

How is Max Richter's 'The Blue Notebooks'?

I like his album Songs from Before.

I love "Songs from Before", but I think "The Blue Notebooks" is the stronger of the two Fat Cat releases. There's an emotional grandeur to it that was really lost on the second album, outside of the "Autumn Music" pieces. You should try and track it down (can always get it off eMusic for $3.85).

I keep discovering music on my Ipod that I never listen to.

Right now, The Kinks are the Villiage Green Preservation Society.

My newish listens:
-QOTSA's "Era Vulgaris": Fuck it's good to be back. See if "Sick Sick Sick" does nothing for you.

Completely missed this one. A very pleasant surprise. Patton has had an intense energy for putting new stuff out ever since Faith No More disbanded.

Now playing: Soft Machine - Third... I went on a fusion rampage over the last couple of days. Cobham, Corea, Hancock, Miles, among other stuff.

I've been listening to Hancock's work on the "Blow-Up" soundtrack lately. Great stuff.
