I want a four button blazer

Give me all the reasons not to get one. If, after hearing and comprehending all the passionate naysaying, I still want it, I'll purchase one (after the November no purchase club ends). My desire's ability to withstand such assault will be a testament to its authenticity.

Yes, yes, but WHY is this the case (fugly and illegal)? There seems to be a sort of military feel to some that I've seen, and as long as the top button is high enough (a few inches below the tie knot), I don't think it would make me seem too short (5'10).
 

That's quite an accusation. As a man who prides himself in his ability to remain detached from all things K-Pop, I do feel the need to defend myself.

I didn't even know Psy wears one (though I'll admit that I've seen the video 2-3 times). Is it in the video? (I'm now refusing to go an check on principle)

EDIT: Just Googled it and nothing came up. But if four buttons are a staple of the K-Pop wardrobe, that would probably serve as a greater nail in the coffin of this idea than any sartorial wisdom would.

EDIT 2: They do look rightfully hideous unbuttoned. Though why I would be standing with a jacket unbuttoned is beyond me.

Not sure I like the buttons on those, but in general I like the way it looks (good link! Thanks for dredging it up). Just never imagined myself in a DB jacket. Are four buttons a recent trend? I was always under the impression that they had never caught on.
