I have a lovely two-gusset dark brown Valextra briefcase, purchased years ago from Styleforum's B&S.
Annoyingly, a little while ago, the leather on the handle started to peel a little, revealing black underneath. It's not that noticeable, but on such an expensive bag, it feels like it shouldn't happen.
I often hear Valextra compared to Hermes, and as such I'm wondering whether anyone knows anything about whether they will repair the briefcase. I obviously don't have original receipts, but it's stamped with a serial number, clearly genuine, etc etc.
