+1. If you go TTS, they will be much more like the bottom two, but those still seem excessive in my experience. Mine fit very similar to the top fit pic, but it's gonna be like a decade before I see any real fades.

Only 100 pairs are made and sizing of this run starts at 28. Inseams are extra long measuring at 35.5" which could shrink by maybe a 1/2". Sizing may look deceptive as the waist line measures a bit larger than normal, but expect a touch more shrinkage. Order your normal size (ie. if you normally wear a 31 in KMW, order a 31 in this model.) More details can be seen on our blog and website.

Can anyone confirm sizing for these? I wear a 34 normally and I would go to a 32 in the regular KMW...but Blue Owl suggests getting your normal size. Does KMW's usual vanity sizing not apply to this special run?

it says order your normal kmw size, so get a 32.

How does the top block/thighs of the 1980 compare to the 2010? My 2010s are a little snug so I was thinking of just sizing up one and getting the 1980s.

Ah, oversight on my part. Thanks a bunch.

1980s are snug in the top block too.

maybe 1950s might be better for you, i've never tried them on myself though so i can't say. would love to get hold of a pair.

I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm off, but essentially, the top block of the 1950 and the 2010 are the same. the leg of the 1950 tapers slightly from the knee to hem. The 1980 has a slimmer top block, and is straight from knee to hem.

I love my 1950's fit, tho they did shrink a little more in length then I wanted on initial (cold) soak. I will be keeping them clear of warm or hot water.

^^nevermind about being your size shaftoe--my 32x34 1950s fit much slimmer than that. They look great on you IMO!

Yes, I guess our mass is distributed differently.

Is there any wash/soak shrinkage on the rigid canvas 1980s? I'm loving the look of these, and thinking about grabbing a pair. The denim 1980s I picked up have changed my god damn life.
