That's an average UK department store, for anyone not familiar with M&S. They do have stores in China however.

There's a sweat-shop contractor in Asia making shoes for M&S. It could be that they screwed-up the printing, because they tried to do their own artwork rather than use the official M&S supplied artwork. They're supposed to destroy the duff production, but they'll sell them out the back-door instead.
