I wear a 9.5 and they fit me perfectly. Don't forget that they relax over time and mould to your hands just like a good pair of shoes. The cashmere lining is very warm but your hand won't sweat.

Let me know if you have any more (specific) questions.

Just pulled the trigger on the black/purple ones :) You can never go wrong with dents gloves, super good quality and will last a long time!

Thanks Dave!

Isn't this the same as one on Mr Porter (for 85 pounds shipped, it's touch screen glove as well) ?

Isn't this the same as one on Mr Porter (for 85 pounds shipped, it's touch screen glove as well) ?

The following are a few points of difference:
  • The ones on Mr. Porter come with things in the fingers to enable you to use a touch screen phone while wearing them, mine don't.
  • My gloves have a coloured lining and a contrast coloured leather trim, Mr. Porter's don't.
  • My gloves are made from hairsheep leather, Mr. Porter's are cowhide. (For those that don't want to read the paragraphs below... Hairsheep leather is higher quality than cowhide and is more suited for glove making.)
  • The gloves I am selling are going for £110 on the Dents site, that is without the coloured cashmere lining and contrast leather trim.

Hairsheep Leather Vs. Cowhide Leather....
Quote:
HAIR SHEEP LEATHER: a superior leather for gloves is hairsheep, cabretta leather. This top grade leather is mainly sourced from Ethiopia or Nigeria. It has great strength, plus the important benefit of natural elasticity, which helps the glove to fit properly. The sheep itself grows hair not wool. This is a consequence of its environment. Hairsheep leather is neither thick nor bulky like cowhide. The leather benefits from softness of touch, suppleness, strength and lasting comfort. Hairsheep is durable and is particularly suited for the manufacture of dress gloves.

Hope that answers your questions.. Let me know if you have any more!

For those who are on the fence about these gloves, don't hesitate -- these gloves are wonderfully soft, warm, and sharp-looking. I'm sure they will last me many winters. Shaya is also an excellent seller, the package made its way to me in the US in less than a week.

FYI I'm halfway between a 8.5 and 9 and the 8.5 medium fit me perfectly.
