What's this, ridiculous model trends? He looks very emaciated, the poor bag of bones needs feeding.

In the grand scheme of things, everything involving clothing is utterly trivial. But on the scale of clothing related annoyances, it's significant enough. It's just so damned deliberate and affected, along with looking stupid in the first place.

anyone noticing cargo pants becoming popular on #menswear on Tumblr?  This must end.

Ugg boots on men.

I was waiting for the lights to change outside the entrance to Regent's Park in London, and I noticed a couple on the other side. She was wearing light brown ugg boots - and to my horror, I noticed he wore a dark grey peacoat, mid-blue jeans (not dark enough for my liking) with a pair of matching ugg boots!

  1. It is not the weather for ugg boots
  2. Ugg boots on men is such a 'No!'
  3. Ugg boots with mid-blue jeans

I don't actually mind cargoes if they've got really slim, understated pockets. Seen a few that don't have a pocket, just a flap that buttons down - makes a nice change from chinos if you want to look a little more rugged. Though I disagree with the #menswear fad of mixing them with ties and sportcoats

Cargo Pants have always been popular especially in the summer.

There was also a time when cargo pants influence jeans designs.

That's actually a pretty good rule.. It probably applies to pocket squares as well.

ties that are tied too short or too long.

tying a tie with any knot is easy, takes 30 seconds, so make your length appropriate.

They seem so hungry. Like that poor model up there.

Spoken like a man who hasn't an ounce of obsession in him when it comes to knots (lucky bastard). Length probably isn't the reason why people here will spend 5-10 minutes trying to get their tie just right. It's all about getting the perfect knot. Though yeah, nobody wants belly button ties or dick ties...length should be addressed if it is an issue.

Actually, I have no big problem with this jacket although I know it looks scantily but the trousers is more than ludicrous in my eyes.
It is a Burberry London suit (slim fit line or used to be called skinny fit at their official website). It costs approximately $2000 for a suit with a half canvassed jacket so I think its price is highly inflated just because of its brand name. Thus, it's the most ridiculous point smile.gif
I'm sorry for my terrible English.

Any straight man who thinks this is a good look needs to be Horse Whipped with a Bull Whip

I used to hate cargo pants, but they've grown on me. In fact, I bought a couple pairs of flannel cargo pants today - one pair by Cuccinelli and another by Isaia. I plan to wear them for casual and sports wear only, never with a jacket and tie.
