Here is my pattern-order from Azabu Tailor. It costs Y45,000 ($570). The basic size is determined (40,42 etc.) and adjustments are made around that.

The cloth is Japan made btw, hence the reasonable price. International cloths will double the price easily.

I've always wondered about this brand since it's in Men's EX all the time. Looks good for the price point -- I never realized it was so cheap. How did the fit turn out?

It was the basic cloth, but it can double if you choose imported materials, which they do try and lead you towards, but you have to insist.

The fit is "just-fit" to use Japanese-English, but I guess you have to insist on some room here too! They cater for the young crowd, and so the less trendy should insist on a looser fit, but the salesmen do listen.

Overall a great bargain at the lower material point.

Difficult to determine anything from the web site and we know little about this MTM - what composition is the cloth, FULL set of fit images , with and without the coat etc, etc.

Off chance might be interesting
