How does the Co-op Alpaca Shawl Cardigan fit? 16.5'' chest seems to be very very small for size XS.

I'm tall (6'3) and pretty thin (185 lbs). Should I go for a large in the indigo chore coat?

Be careful. Those jackets look really short for us tall guys

I'm 6'4, 180 and have a medium, hardly use it, because it feels rather to short.

Wondering if I could get some sizing advice.

Looking at the indigo wool chore coat. I am 6'4, 205lb, with a 40" chest, and I have long arms. I am not sure if I should be going for a size L or a size XL. As people have stated, they seem on the shorter side. I'm not looking for a super slim shirt like fit, as I want to be able to layer shirts and light sweaters underneath, but don't want it to be huge either. (if anyone has a barbour commander, I want it to fit exactly like a size L barbour commander) I am leaning towards the XL, but not idea how this things fits/feels once worn, and if it will stretch at all. I looked at the measurements, but would like an opinion on how it wears.

If it helps, I have both the Barbour Commander and the Indigo Wool Chore Coat in small and they fit nicely. The commander is slightly more snug though that's owing to the fit of the jacket (more of a blazer than a coat).

We will probably do the survey either at the end of July or the beginning of August but we will announce it here when we do

I think this does help a little bit. I have the commander in Large and I like the fit of it, but looking at the measurements online from Apolis, I think the XL might be better for the chore coat. I have about a 40-41" chest, so 21" pit to pit would leave little room to breathe under that. 22" should work out well.

Either way, thanks for the comparison.

@Apolis  Sorry to belabor the point, but would the Wool chore coat stretch at all? I'm normally a TTS Large in most things, at 6'4, 205, 40" chest.  If the Chore coat stretched a bit with wear, I think Large might be best. Not looking for an overly tight fit, but slim for sure. Would you recommend large or xl? Will likely be ordering one within a few weeks, so I just want some final opinions on sizing.

I'm 6'5" and 220 and 42L. Large fits like a snug layering piece. It's a bit short, however, so be forewarned.

It may stretch a slight bit in the chest, but not likely anywhere else. If the large measurements seem better, that may be the way to go, but if the sleeve length and body length are a little short it may not be ideal.

what's the difference between the transit and reportage camera straps?

Just ordered the Indigo Chore Coat. Praying it will fit me well.
