WW Chan Shanghai

Thread Starter
Hi guys, I'm new here but have been reading SF for quite some time now (especially in the recent few months).

I work in London but will be in Shanghai from November 2012 January 2013 and am considering to get a suit made by Chan. I have no previous bespoke experience. My current suits are Zegna milano which costed around £700 including tailoring and a few Hugo Boss suits costing around £300 each (I know these are fused...).

My question is should I go for Chan in Shanghai or should I stick to cheap RTW for a few more years (currently in my third year of work, salary+bonus is around £75,000)? My parent live in Shanghai and they think I shouldn't go bespoke at this age (I admit I still ask for advice from my parents).

Thanks

Chan will not charge you a lot more than what you've paid for your Zegna Milano for a basic VBC super 110, so go for it. They have 2 shops here in Shanghai.
By the way, welcome to Shanghai (where I live).

Why not just start the process in London when they are traveling?
