Tie clip is a no go. Black is definitely a 'no' for multiple reasons. Especially solid black.

Silver solid is also out.

I think navy solid becomes more difficult with your brown shoes. Belt?

I think various patterns can work, actually better than a solid. Maybe some type of silver with a heavy pattern.

How is the silver going to be a darker shade than charcoal? And silver is dangerous.

Navy with white patterning might work. You will have white shirt and ps as other similar highlights.
