Allen Edmonds McTavish Black - Marked size 9D (PRICE DROP)
Will Ship To: Contiguous 48 U.S. states only
For sale are my gently used and well maintained Allen Edmonds McTavishes in black, size 9D.
These shoes are a part of the rough (unfinished leather) collection and consist of a waxy leather upper and leather sole. They are generally considered a casual shoe, which can be worn with jeans and chinos, but generally not suits. They are very comfortable shoes. Notice the reddish brown heel and edge trim and the contrast stitching on the leather uppers. Awesome! I get compliments all the time.
The uppers are in very good to excellent condition with no significant or noticeable scuffs or scratches. There is a normal amount of creasing. The double leather sole has tons and tons of life left and is in very good condition. The rubber heels have some minor, but noticeable wear, and have plenty of life left in them. The insides are clean.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let's discuss and work out a solution. I only ask that you are familiar with your size in AE shoes, since I would not accept a return based on sizing issues. Incidentally, the rough collection shoes by AE on the 5 last, like this one, are often considered to run 1/2 a size big. Thus, if you normally wear a 9D, then the general consensus seems to be purchase a size 8.5D. Thus, this shoe is probably best for those with size 9.5D. (Based on being a regular member of the AE appreciation thread on this forum.)
Please review the pictures carefully before offering to purchase, as the pictures are the best representation of condition. Please know your AE sizes, because I will not accept returns based on sizing issues. However, if you have any other issue with the purchase, please let me know and I will work towards your complete satisfaction.
I will ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States only via double boxing just like AE uses, only WITHOUT shoe bags. Please note that the shoe trees in the picture are NOT included in this sale. Buyer pays shipping, which I can quote to you based on your zip code and any preferences you have. I typically use USPS Priority Mail with insurance and the costs are between $12 and $17 depending on distance.
