Anyone else see the irregularity in this suit? - Page 2

I'm not sure what OP had in mind, but I noticed that the jacket has the light stripe above the dark one, but the vest has the dark stripe about the light one....mistake? Who knows.

Vinny, you are on to something. You discovered the irregularity.

Chris, you should spoiler your answers.

Not that I think I would have ever figured it out...

I saw the pattern reversal... and the belt! It also struck me that it is unlikely that he's actually going to be able to do that jacket up - as usual with these advertisements they get the model to wear a size too small or pin the jacket behind so it looks as fitted as possible - here ridiculously so.

My opinion is: If there is belt loops, you should wear a belt!

Somebody keep an eye out at the boutiques to see if they mass produced the irregularity.

I probably won't wear that kind of suit. Who would? For show maybe, but for the office - not practical at all.

I spotted it, the pattern in the waistcoat is upside-down,

The vest is too short.

Agreed. All 3 pieces probably can be worn seperately but not together for most folks.

We aren't 'most folks' - see EFV recently in the Peacock thread - or a shorter version in WAYWRN - for exactly how to do this right.

Not with a 3-piece. But then again, I prefer not to have belt-loops on trousers made to be worn as part of a 3-piece...

I agree... but in this case, good thing they have put belt loops, at least they can sell it as a two pieces smile.gif
