What is your actual chest measurement? Shoulders? Height? Weight? Thanks

I sadly can't provide my specific measurements as I don't have measuring tape on me right now (and I've gained weight since I last took measurements). I'm roughly 5'11 and 150 lbs though (usually take a size 38). Length-wise the jacket fits pretty nicely, but when I zip it my shoulders simply don't fit. Chest is also pretty snug. I'll provide my actual measurements when I get a chance.  

 

EDIT, here are shoulder and chest measurements:

shoulders: 17 inches

chest: 38 inches
