After all the complaint and calls, Paypal gives me $50 credits...well i would said better than nothing

Still the case is ongoing and Paypal is investigating now....really hope that this SOB will be punish for what he did....

Actually the case just end several days ago...

I did win the case, paypal did issue me back the money however im not sure whether i will recieved the money back or or...since i believe that this scammer must have withdrawing all the credit i paypal out....

I did read several thread thou the net amd seems like paypal do paid back if buyer with the case, despite the seller has money in paypal acc or not...

Just want to update the result with you guys....

So at last I receive all my money back

However I'm not sure whether this money was reverse back from the seller account or paypal just issue me the money.....

I once read on one of paypal Q&A forum and it said that paypal UK will issue a full refund to the Buyer that win the case despite the seller has the money in his/her account or not....

Maybe the paypal UK policy does apply to paypal US too....still i'm doubting it....
