Try a suit with a slightly softer shoulder; it should mitigate the dimple.

I'll just reiterate what others have already pointed out: the width of the shoulders looks fine, it's just that their shape may not be ideal for your build. One interesting thing about this side-to-side comparison is that I think it serves to illustrate the very subtle difference between -- IMO -- a perfect jacket length (the 36S jacket), and a very slightly too long jacket length (the 38S jacket). (There is no such thing as the "perfect" jacket length, of course, I'm just making a subjective statement based on which length I find most harmonious on your specific body.)
