Want to light up the new collab between the english Ironheart distributor Giles's (www.ironheart.co.uk) new company, "Hidden rivet" and "tripple works" (a part of the work inc. that makes Ironheart denim).
Recieved the spec recently and we can now all start to long for the new 13,5oz IH Trippelworks jeans.
Spec (quote):

1955 ‘501 cut

13.5oz raw double redline selvedge (DDC6565-SFVS)

Plain copper rivets

Donut buttons

Half Lined rear pockets with 2 horizontal stitching lines on outside of pocket in yellow/orange thread plus red embroidered “W”

Shrinks to tagged size

36" inside leg, when washed

Triple Works Goatskin patch. Co-branded “Triple Works”and “Hidden Rivet”.

There should be a sample pair on the horizont (of which i'm recieving one, so i'm completely hyped up and biased).

Iron Heart Super Tan Belt - Self Edge Exclusive
A while back we'd gotten brown & black Iron Heart belts with a 100% brass buckles, we loved that belt so much we started working on getting a tan leather version made.
After going through hundreds of samples of tan leather we picked what we thought to be the best leather we could find for those looking for a belt that will age as well as their denim does.

Available now in-store and in our online store, a belt that'll outlast every other accessory you've ever purchased.

Also pictured is Diesel testing out the new tan belt, making sure it's worthy of being used on his upcoming signature jean, the SEXTW07 = Self Edge x Triple Works (Fall '08).
Also in is a full restock of the 634s and 9634 Super Black jeans.

I'm considering picking up a pair of IH 461 jeans, and I noticed that regardless of waist size, they all have 35 inch inseams. I typically wear pants with 34" inseams. If I'm not planning on rolling the cuffs, and I don't want much stacking, do I need to have some poor tailor break several needles hemming these, or will they actually shrink a bit after a soak?

I suppose 1" of stacking is still quite minimal, but I'm still interested in what experiences people have had with these.

Also, is the quoted 35" inseam what they're delivered as, or what they'll shrink to after a soak?

You know.. when placing your online order you can always choose to have them hemmed with a chainstitching machine to 34" after adding the jean to your cart.
These jeans don't really shrink much, so if you need them shorter i'd definitely hem them.
We just got a new full size run too:

Iron Heart Super Heavy Weight Winter Flannels - DOUBLE BOOMTIME

It's seriously DOUBLE BOOMTIME right now with these flannels that just rolled in from Iron Heart. Over a year in the making, these flannels are made of a special fabric that took Iron Heart almost two years to develop. Iron Heart has produced the world's heaviest weight flannel shirt.

Made of a super soft woven cotton that's so thick and soft we think it may just be the perfect flannel shirt for colder climates. We've never seen anything like this, and we had no doubt that Iron Heart would be the first to do something so intense but wearable.

These Double Boomtime Super Heavy Weight Flannels are now available in our online store and in-store in limited quantities:

Does anyone have the address for stores where I can pick up Iron Heart in Japan? May be visiting in a few months.

Have some questions about Iron Heart 634s.

I'm living just outside Tokyo so I have access to a huge denim selection which is good, but it makes it hard to make desicions.

Anyway, I tried on the Iron Heart 634s at Hinoya last week and really liked them. Trying to decide between a 33x34 and a 34x34. The 34 fit really well, while the 33 was pretty tight and required a little thumb wrestling to button up. From the info I've found here, it seems that the Iron Hearts will stretch out, rather than shrink, so I would be better off with the 33s?

My past experience with most denim has been that it fits well in the fitting room but later the waist and pocket area get too loose. My waist seems to be quite small in relation to my cycling thighs.

To answer the previous posters question about Iron Hearts in Japan. The best place to pick them in Tokyo is probably Hinoya. They have three stores within a stones throw of each other in the Ameyoko-cho arcade which runs next to the Yamanote line (east side of tracks) between Ueno and Okachimachi stations.

Get the smaller size, the denim stretches quite easily and doesn't shrink much at all so going with the tight one is a good idea if you're down to withstand it being really tight for a week or two..
