I posted this in the SE thread, but no dice. In anticipation of the sweet, sweet SExIH 21s, how does IH denim stretch and or shrink?

Iron Heart denim tends to stretch between 1" to 1.5" in the waist, but the rest of the body doesn't stretch at all. So there's rarely ever any stretching in the knee area..
They also don't shrink much at all, i'd say not even an inch in length after the first soak and about half an inch in the waist.

Thanks for the quick response; didn't mean to rush you - I realize you're an exceedingly busy guy and all. Really looking forward to these...

+1. I just don't know if I should get the black ones. I already have the IH S634, which I really like. They're very well made.

my IHs stretched a little over 2 inches in the waist.

I have hot soaked them once and they shrunk back to tagged size + 1. The length didn't change at all.

Kiya-- I do love your store on Valencia at Mission. I am planning a visit in April. Do you still have that bike in the window? Ha ha.

Thanks..
The bikes are no longer in the window.. We're currently displaying a Sugar Cane set up complete with Sugar Cane catalogs, SC jeans and shirts, real stalks of sugarcane, and 40 pound bags of sugar..

I noticed in your site that you currently do not have/sell SC 'Hawaii" Have they been discontinued? If not, could you compare the cut/style to the Okinawas? Brutus at today's waywt is wearing SC Okinawa and it seems a bit loose. Of course, I'll never know until I put a pair on. Thanks Kiya!
