Basically new without tags, still have the pin and everything attached onto it. It is a bit crinkled right now for whatever reason but it should be fine once your wear it. 100 percent cotton. Can stretch a bit so it is probably best for a size 33 or 34, you know the deal with this guys, just look at the APC thread LOL. Anyway this is a great deal since these joints never go on sale! RIght now measurements are at 32 x 34
