@neonrider , Hedi going to Chanel for sure?

i don't know, that's what i keep hearing. when you think about it it's the theory that makes the most sense. who else actually has any pull with hedi apart from karl?

guys you're welcome to express your opinions regarding whatever, whoever the original poster was asked about tags, i'm just giving mine. ok for us to disagree. without turning throwing style forum style bitch fits. chill.

also is it just me or are the new black trash denim softer?

I was just messing around with the conch joke-- more making fun of everyone trying to prove to *you* that it was fake, as if you were the final decider.

I agree that it's not a clear and definite fake. More pictures would probably be helpful. If the original poster think it's fake and wants to return it, use the small details already pointed out to make your case. If you're handling it and aren't sure, these details won't be as helpful since they can just be arbitrary variations.

Where did you get a pair of the black trash.. Is the one with white rips? I saw on luvi but only on the model for other items pairing it up.

Ignore the sizing, they only had a size M for trying but I think I would go for L.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

How'd you find the sizing on this flannel compared to the FW15 "oversized" flannels? Ssense measurements make it look like you'd have to go a size up from the FW15 size for the same fit.

its fake. buy at your own risk if you choose to ignore.

hey neonrider didn't see the suede jacket :) thanks for thinking i can size down to a 48 - i wish i could but already the size 50 L17 felt stuck to my arms and shoulders.. couldn't even get the 48 fully on lol. For reference my red L01 is also a size 50 - the 48 I tried at the time in Selfridges (very worn and softened leather like it had been sitting there for years) was also too tight in the arms and looked a tad too cropped.

Re the question about jean sizing I'd say yeah, it was the same. Although with these slightly 'baggier' SK fits I'd personally be tempted to agonisingly squeeze myself into a size smaller and/or tailor the leg to be skinner like OakGhost does.

I found the fit of the flannel to be consistent with the red/black (non oversized) nashville from FW15 that I'm wearing in the pictures.. they only had size M in the frayed hem SS16 flannel and as you can see from the pics it it pulling at the chest a little and too tightly fitted.. would probably go for an L in that the same way I did for the nashville,

therattler im in two minds... I really love the look of the palm teddy but i'm not sure if it would go with what I'd want to wear it with (desroyed jeans + suede hedi 30s) + I guess a plain tee instead of a flannel. Also with that viscose/silk fabric I'm not sure if the "clumsy" way it drapes will look good on me. Ideally I'd love to try the moon man + palm print teddy at the same time but it looks like the moon man teddy has been released earlier AND is selling out.

I wonder how the SLP show will pan out in LA. Looks like the new Gucci menswear has some verve to it. Almost like the nerds SLP.

Dior was slightly better than usual boredom.

Since Alessandro took over at Gucci he has been killing it, obviously getting the backing of corporate cause he was able to do redesign the stores after like 2 seasons only. Everyone is wearing his bombers, pony hair slippers and new belts these days. I don't mind the belts actually, doesn't scream 'look at me with my $300 Gucci belt'. The bombers are awesome, incomparable to SLP cause different style.

ohyehhh, is it safe to assume the frayed flannel has the same sizing as the bleached ones? Interestingly, I tried the bleach at Barneys and noticed a size M fit me fine, but I wear a 52 in my L01 from 2014. Size 50 was more cropped in the sleeves and tighter around my shoulders. Was surprised to see how well the 50 for you but how small the medium flannel looked.
