Saint Laurent Paris - Official Thread. - Page 525

I probably should've asked before purchasing, but I ordered a pair of the SS16 Low Waisted Destroyed skinny jeans in size 28 and they were huge on me.. Does SLP use vanity sizing? I had to return it, and I exchanged it for size 26. I was worried that 28 would be really tight on me as I'm usually a size 27/28 in most jeans, but everyone told me SLP jeans run tight. I haven't gotten the 26 yet, but hopefully they will fit better..

Hi kieran84, Hedi actually did design a four pocket leather with Saint Laurent the first season SS13. I had a few for sale back in 2013, they were pretty close to the SS07 ones he designed at Dior Homme, made in both black lambskin and tan suede calfskin, they didn't really fly off the shelves at the time, then again, people weren't as hyped on Saint Laurent as they have been the past few years. Here are some pics I took...

four pocket leather does feel a bit dated though...maybe that's my bias since it reminds me of the older dior ones

@samthemann, I'm curious but do you have any more photos of other SS13 items being sold? There doesn't seem to be a lot of online pictures of the collection.

@thorns Just things I have sold and have for sale in my eBay store, I'm sure there are stock photos out there from retailers though.

Are these both the same color or they have multiple colors this season?

I figured. I was under the assumption they changed the color for ss16.

Cigar color looks incredible IRL. I'm so glad I got these 30mm. Damn.

Saw some of the SS16 items in person the other day - very casual as expected, but some good quality and I think we'll be seeing those bombers everywhere this spring. They didn't have any of the denim to try on, unfortunately.

On another note, finally got to try on the stand-collar black chesterfield and camel coat from FW15. Fit was spot on but neither coat impressed me like I thought they would. Camel was the stand out but the long tube pea coat is still where it's at IMO.

I go TTS with SLP jeans. I wear 28 in basically everything, Dior, SLP, well, that's all I wear for jeans!

Anyway, how much do you weigh? I'm about 125-132 usually, so 28 works well. If you're more in the 110-115 range, then 26 should be bad ass.

I was talking to someone and they said that only the first collection ran tts/tighter, and that the ss16 collection runs big, because I weigh almost the exact same as you and I wear 28 for almost everything, but these were massive. So keep that in mind if you plan on buying ss16 denim

If you size down, I think it might be ok. I exchanged for size 26, so I guess we'll see how it goes
