Oh ok I missed that. AFAIK they weren't released anywhere online. I actually have them but got them at the Rodeo SLP store.

Thanks. I didn't realize that. No wonder I can't find them. I'll try calling some stores. I would only consider the other ones on a discount. I don't think they are worth the full price.

Sorry man, but can I ask why you are choosing to post this in the Saint Laurent thread? Surely there has to be a thread started for things of this nature already. Say the random fashion thoughts thread.

Also, never had a problem with Ssense and I've ordered a dozen or more times.

The only reason I joined styleforum was to post in this thread. since then I've got an affinity with the users in here, recognise by name, seen SSENSE mentioned a lot in the past, that is why I posted here instead of some random thread like the random fashion thoughts thread. ANYWAY.. in case anyone is interested I did get the money back, time to spend it on SLP :D

BACK on topic: what do people think of the jodphur hedi boots in contrast to the cropped versions? I'd have thought the full length ones are more versatile and can still be easily dressed up/down? I'm surprised at the comment I read earlier about people buying 2 pairs at a time from the London store.

Also if I'm 42.5 in the wyatt boots with the 4cm heel, will the sizing be the same in the hedi jodhpurs (they have a 3cm heel)?

Lastly. I know I'm a year late to the party but I'm really digging the destroyed jeans with chains - does anybody own them and can comment on sizing? Several people have said that you should size up 2 since they run really tight - e.g. in the biker panelled leather zipper jeans I'm size 30 so would require a size 32 say. Anybody selling them?

The Hedi Jodhpur boots are nice, but I think I prefer the Wyatt version from before as the heel makes the legs look longer. Also for me, while I like the design, I think that the buckle and strap will catch my jeans and stop them from hanging right as my jeans are slightly cropped. I also wouldn't want my jeans cropped high enough to show all the detail, and having the jeans covering the detail makes it so that you might as well just have a plain Chelsea boot (there's actually also a Chelsea boot version of the Hedi 30 in stores here in the UK).

Thanks

Are both pictures the 48? It looks good in the first picture, but in the second with your arms down it looks like you could try a 46.

Yeah both pictures are a 48. My SA just found a 46 for me, ended up picking up the 46.

Yes i saw it was preorder, oh so once it is released then other websites have it? But isnt the black one on Luisa the same. You got yours from the offiical site? What size TTS? I know its oversized and thats how ill wear it.

Two reasons why i want to avoid ysl.com

1) taxes autonatically charged 30% where im at
2) my dollar is weak as ****

Guess ill wait.

Just got back three SLP shirts from the dry cleaners and all the buttons are shattered. Anyone have a similar experience? And will the boutiques replace the shattered buttons?

The automated shirt pressing machines at most dry cleaners will shatter more delicate buttons like mother of pearl buttons. Always ask your dry cleaner to watch out for that, they will cover them to protect them. You can ask to have shirts hand pressed. My parents used to own a chain of dry cleaners.
