Hey can anyone give me advice on how SLP jeans fit?

I'm normally a 30-31 waist depending on brand. A MIJ Balmain biker jeans in size 30 fits me perfectly.

What SLP size should I opt for?

The sizing of SLP jeans varies somewhat between model to model. One pair I have in 32 is very tight, but another in 31 is fairly comfortable in the waist..

Not only does sizing vary among the models, but it also varies within a single model depending on the season.

The only reason I won't pre-order is because I had put money down on an AW13 coat over the summer and the boutique never did get it in. Since they don't do refunds, they basically just offered me credit which was bullshit. I made a huge fuss about it at YSL HQ but the boutiques are all independently controlled. So yeah, Pre Order at your own risk and if you really trust your SA. They're usually really helpful, but they're also very forgetful and are normally prioritizing high roller clients.

For reference, I wear a size 30 in the FW '13 biker jeans. Should I size up to a 31 in the 15.5 cm jeans? Is there a huge difference in the hem width between a 31 and 30 or is mostly just the waist thats bigger? Any input would be much appreciated

Hey,

When you guys purchase your SLP denim do you go with the size that fits perfectly on your waist, or do you buy a size down so it's tighter around the waist and let them stretch out?

Own a pair in D01 in a size 31 the waist fit perfectly at first but now they are a bit big.

Now I'm purchasing a pair of D02, and was wondering if I should stick with a 31 or go down a size? I've tried going down a size to a 30, but buttoning up the top button takes a bit of work lol is this normal? Cause I know this was the norm for apc denim.

i had the fw13 bikers in 30 and currently have four pairs of 15.5cm's also all in 30. no need to size up.

Anyone have SLP sunglasses? Ordered a pair from ssense, love them, just trying to make sure the arms aren't going to loosen up in a month or anything stupid.
