Got half of my wardrobe from them.

Berlin is actually an amazing place to shop for SLP. Mientus and the Corner quickly slash everything to 40 or 50% off in sale time, and the SLP boutique here is pretty well stocked. Also, Berlin is not like London or NYC, things don't fly out the door quite as quickly. I got chocolate Wyatts for 399 euros and the SS16 trash D02s for 365 on sale here, those are prices that are quite hard to match.

Re the cabans - most people size down one from their blazer size in the classic caban post AW 13. I've pre-ordered one of the ones from LVR, and went down one to 48 from my blazer size of 50 based on past experience when I tried them in store (I take 50 in the classic 2 button blazer, L in t-shirts, sweatshirts and knits, and 40 in shirts). It would maybe be a little snug for me with a shirt, a medium or thick knit over the shirt, and the caban buttoned, but I doubt I'd ever button it when wearing a knit and shirt (would pretty much only button with a light knit, t-shirt, or shirt as I find the appearance ends up just looking bulky when buttoned with medium - thick knitwear). If you wanted to be able to wear it over a suit though, then you'd probably want to go with a bigger size. I personally tried a 50 as well and it swamped me all round (would have fitted over a blazer comfortably though, but I personally wouldn't wear a peacoat that way).

Are there any Saint Laurent Paris made in France?

hi there, i'm after the Classic Wyatt 30 Chelsea Boot in Black leather? By any chance, does anyone on here has a on feet fitpic of these?

i'm a tad unsure about the 30mm heel and the pointyness. Tried the Hedi 30mm a while back and liked them, just not sure if these are basically the same?

thanks for any help!!

edit:

found it myself here:

I've noticed that ties are mostly made in France, along with the odd collection item. The Breton t-shirts are also made in France, which is nice in a purely historical sense. The fabric quality is really nice on them as well.

I use mientus and ship to the USA. Even with the 100 euro it's still less than USA msrp. They always ship next day. My broken zipper jeans came from them actually and they took care of me right away.

I recently purchased the purchased the black skinny tie that advertises as fitted together by the Frogs though arrived marked as made in Italy. This one here:

Moreover, can't find a picture of it but I also grabbed the ivory and black vertical striped silk tie with the black square tip - advertised as, and made in Italy - both ties are flawless. The skinny black tie with, for example, the red leopard button down looks pretty sweet.

I've been coming across a lot of D01 M SK-LW where I thought it should say D01 M SL -LW. Are these just production errors or do the D01 SK fit skinnier then the D01 SL.

Does anyone here own the Fedora? Would you kindly reveal the measurements of the brim and the height of the crown?

TIA

Edit: Just discovered that the brim is 3 inches. Still need to know the Crown.
