Anyone else experience dye from their denim leaving blue marks on their footwear? This is the first time I've experienced this with slp denim. I don't wash my denim but I'm thinking about taking a wet wash cloth and wiping down the hem. Do you think that would stop it from happening again?

it's normal for ALL denim to bleed. raw or wasahed.

If this happen I usually let my jeans bath in tide water, gets some of the extra stuff out (thats how I wash them too, by hand)

tide water as in from the sea?

another option is to line the edge inside with masking tape.

This is most likely a weather issue.

If you come across one in 48, will you give me a heads up? I'd really appreciate it. I've had my eye on that jacket for a long time, it's just hard to find it anywhere.

Weird, after you originally posted about this jacket and after seeing neon's reply I checked MrPorter and there was a full size run (at 30%) when looking at it in the UK website - now I can't see the jacket at all (not even listed with "SOLD OUT").

Edit: guess it did sell out -that- quick then. But between your original enquiry the full size run was available on the UK site at 30% off... was last night though. I'm guessing US stock showed something different.

they didnt have full size run (just shows like that sometimes)
but then they increased the discount this morning (to 40 or 50% off)

i suppose there's a chance the person who bought could return if it doesnt fit so if you email them asking to be put on alert you could get lucky

Yeah, I emailed them. I was waiting on a bank transfer, which cleared this morning. I think it sold out right before I could grab it. I tried to get them to reserve it for me last night, but they wouldn't. Bit annoyed, though it may not have fit.

I don't think there was a full size run, occasionally the site just doesn't load properly. It's been a while since they got that jacket in.

Thanks for the help though!

There is a 48 on rakuten but I wouldn't pay that much for a used jacket.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm not very big on buying stuff used. Especially if I can't handle it before purchase.
