@slann01 love that jacket man, almost bought it back when it was out. One of the many items I will be looking for post Hedi!

I just today received a silk shirt from Barney's Warehouse from the FW15 season that was 75% off. When I received the item, I noted that there was some minor chipping of the buttons. It is not noticeable when the shirt is worn, and I would still be reluctant to return the item. I wonder if they are due to the wear and tear of the item or the result of a previous return.

Beautiful shirt, but gah, those buttons would drive me mad. 75% off isn't bad though...

You can always replace them...

sshhh. too obvious.

That's a good idea. Thanks.

I also later noticed that there was fading at the back collar, in addition to the 5 chipped buttons. I wonder if somebody tried putting it in the laundry or did a not so great dry cleaning job. The only other thing I could think of is that the shirt simply was made that way and that is just the natural variation in dying the silk, but it would seem odd that would pass any QC. Probably explains the price.

Interested in the denim jackets. Do SLP outerwear tend to run TTS? Or size up 1? I'm typically a small, so should I get a small?

I'd go TTS with their denim jackets. They're definitely cut slim and short. I have an XS and it fits me spot on, I'm 5'6" 120-123 for reference. I had the sleeves taken up an inch or so but that's about it. It's a slimmer cut than the varsity jacket.

I don't really see too much discussion about the SLP tees and was wondering what you guys think of them.

I'm personally a pretty big fan of the cuts and a lot of the designs, with the exceptions of the tuxedo tee and the Givenchy-esque stars tee.

I currently own a black bloodlust tee, a black "BABY" tee, a black/white striped silk tee, and just ordered a black exploding head tee. Looking to pick up a white bloodlust in the near future.

good quality and the design are usually pretty dope especially the BABY one

but I'm also not sure if it's worth to throw 350 on tees

but I mean if you can afford it then they are definitely worth to get

only brand that I get tees from is Givenchy cuz they are actually pretty amazing

p.s. oops this is supposed to be slp thread

Awesome, I just picked up a white Exploding Head tee, great for summer. I've been on the hunt for a black Baby tee for so long, just can't find my size. I really want to get my hands on a silk tee as well, I've heard good things about them.
Definitely agree on it being tough to pay retail for them though.

@Mikeisonfire Summer tee is exactly what I pinned the exploding head tee as. I bought it for concerts/music festivals

And you might have some luck with the Baby tee in a month or so. I was talking to an SA at the 5th Ave store, and he said a lot of SS16 is restocking in about a month. The only thing he specifically mentioned was the dino sweater, though.

Great to know, I don't feel like taking mine to the cobbler either
