J.Crew Spring/Summer 2013 - Page 12

I'm 5'9 or 5'10 and I'm about 144lbs.. XS fits me fine. Best thing to do is try it on. I used to be a size small prior, I guess they started doing vanity sizing

I would think a small would work best for you

Thanks guys! Unfortunately I'm kind of in the middle of nowhere so trying one on in-store isn't really an option, but it looks like they have pretty reasonable shipping to Canada and a good return policy so I think I'll give it a shot and order one.

does anybody know how the jcrew factory slim v-neck t-shirts fit compared to the normal jcrew slim broken in v-neck tees?

edit: size small slim from regular jcrew fits me perfectly fwiw

The factory slims seem to be hit or miss. I have ordered a few when they were on clearance and half of them were massive and ill fitting for whatever reason. I just order the vintage slims now when a code is posted.

Bit of an old post but I just got a pair of 484 raw selvedge jeans in the mail and I know I am going to get flamed for saying this but they are nicer quality than my  APC PS. I think just the finish quality on the stitching is way more consistent and better than the APC jeans. Fit is just like Levis 511, I have no experience with the Levis MC.

I bought them a month ago when they were 25% off, and they just now came in stock. So if you wait until they are 25% off they are decently cheap of nice jeans and awesome quality.

I had the 484 raw selvedge as well, and I didn't like how the top block was so loose and it tapered too much. I preferred my PS a lot more. The quality seems to be pretty good though.

I don't know as far as comparing them to APC, but I've been working on breaking in a pair of the 484 Raw since December. Worn them maybe 75 times with no washes and they are tough. Great quality though and you can tell they are durable. Currently in the freezer for a few days.

To kill bacteria in denim.  This has been debunked though.  The bacteria "hibernate" for lack of a better word when frozen, and come back and multiply after thawing out.
