As the owner of 3 navy/blue blazers of different cuts, this one comes in handy. Just wished the pics could be bigger.

Have to compact the pictures to fit the forum dimensions.

If you want a particular picture in the bigger size, PM me.

Not a very common color for an odd jacket. I suppose there are other combinations, but this is the best I've seen and the only one I thought was worth saving.

nicely done.

it would be helpful for you to keep writing out the colors for the colorblind among us...

Well, maybe there are no other options and that's why you are struggling? sly.gif

Seriously though, I think charcoal jackets often look like orphaned suit jackets. Vox jacket in the picture above has all the attributes that make it casual (patch pockets, heavier cloth etc) and I still think that the combo in the picture only barley works..

Agreed.  I was going to answer your question on where Vox went by saying he had decided to give up all his earthly possessions and join a commune, but I was afraid that would crash the website with everyone pm'ing me to ask if I knew the Goodwill that was closest to his house.  Then again, if that were to ever actually happen, I'm sure Spoo would be in on that immediately, and we might see LuxeSwap grow to a Fortune 100 company.

Ha! Let's not hijaak this thread. Perhaps a seperate thread is to be started to discuss the impact of Vox/F.Corbera.

Meanwhile, back to regular programming....

From all the pics I have seen, it looks like the combination of a medium blue shirt + solid dark tie certainly make a lot of outfits that much nicer.

I have a olive green pants but don't know which color of sport jacket would be fine with it. Do you have any suggestions ?

there are few things that do not look great with a navy SC.

Stitchy didn't mention them, but I think olive trousers can safely be added to the list. Of course, I think the right shade of brown or rust would also be great - depending on the trousers, perhaps even better. You may even be able to get away with grey, if the contrast is sufficient.

(I think I may need to go out and buy some olive trousers, my post makes them sound so versatile.)
