Wanted to update everyone - the belt has not arrived, despite Kevin (AMG1) from Skylar stating that the belt was shipped over a month ago.

Unfortunately Kevin stated that the belt was not shipped with a tracking number from Germany to the USA.

Does anyone have any suggestions as how to proceed?

Assuming you already tried to work it out with him, I'd call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

He hasn't transferred anything yet. I would not charge money for a product which was not yet been delivered successfully.

In that case, it's an annoyance but nothing to worry about.

How to proceed - you either wait for the belt or say forget it. I imagine you'd like it so probably worth waiting for. And if you only order custom things from makers who aren't flaky, then you're limited to a very short list.

Sorry but I don't get your post. Charging people money for a service that was not yet executed and thus not knowing if the customer is content should be the most normal thing in the world.

Did yours eventually arrived? I ordered 2 MTO back in Sept 12. They made them in the wrong size and sent one in a totally wrong color and buckle. Has been promised with the right replacement since Jan 13. Moving forward to 23 Mar 2013, still nothing, just frustration. Unfortunately for me, I paid in full.

If your belts were bought via an ad here I'd suggest having a word with Fok or a moderator might be in order - I dont suppose they'll be happy with adverts being placed that arent honoured..
