I'm in need of some additional stretches to target these areas. Since I've started focusing on hip flexors I've noticed a big difference in how low I can squat, but I also need some more stretches that target the whole core area because I think it'll really help my posture. I've noticed that I seem to lack flexibility here and as a result my lower back gets pulled "in" which, consequently, makes my stomach and ass (neither of which have any noticeable fat) stick out. I've come to the conclusion that proper stretching will, in time, help take care of this but I'd like some suggestions on what to do. I threw hip flexors in here as well since, as I understand it, these muscle groups are connected internally and enhancing this stretching may help my overall core flexibility.
