Inventory on new RRL jeans is problematic. Shortly after they added the jean to the site, about two weeks ago, they had a full complement of sizes. A day or so later, they had just a half-dozen or so sizes. Then, a few days later, a full complement again. So I ordered a pair during the give in style sale. The purchase went through. Then today I got an email stating that they were out of my size and the order was cancelled. No other information, such as "we'll let you know when we get additional sizes" or, we'll check our stores to see if they stock the item in your size," etc. Seriously annoying. I'd call them, but RL.com has lousy customer service. "We're sorry for the inconvenience," etc. Gee, thanks.
