Hello, first time poster here. I am attending a wedding in a few weeks in Key West, and am in the market for a warm weather suit. I prefer slim styles as I feel they look best on my body type. I'm looking for a light-colored (in the tan family), cotton suit, and it also has be relatively inexpensive ($500 max), as I don't really wear suits often, and we are already spending a good amount of money on the trip.
I imagine that if this were Spring or Summer, I wouldn't have such a difficult time finding the kind of suit I'm looking for, but with Winter coming on, it seems the options are pretty limited. The one suit I'm leaning towards is the J.Crew Ludlow suit in Italian Chino, in wheat. I have read mixed reviews on this site about the Ludlow suit, so I was going to see if anyone had any other suggestions before I bought it. Another option, and this is one I kind of want to shy away from, is just ordering a light-colored pant, such as the Brooks Brothers Milano Advantage. This would definitely be the most budget-friendly option, but A) I like wearing suits and don't get to often and B) I feel like buying the suit would be the most versatile option.
I appreciate any advice you can give.
