RLPL Navy Sport coat - Caruso vs. St. Andrews?

I feel as though this must have been answered at some point, but my search skills are failing tonight.

Any way to determine if this RLPL sport coat was made by Caruso or St. Andrews? Unfortunately I don't have a pic of the tag:

Also, how difficult a repair is the small hole by the shoulder?

A pic of the tag.

Send it to a good reweaver. That's a bad place, since it is under stress when you move.

Also FYI that appears to be an orphaned suit jacket, since the tag mentions "Trouser Lining Comp.: 100% Cotton".
