You must be thinking about a moccasin, drivers, cemented slippers, or Blake stitched loafers. Any thinner it will be hard to service. Or are you actually looking for blind hand welted loafers only available by bespoke makers?

i happen to think Antonio's work is outstanding & am giving a shot on a couple a pair on the new last modified for my wonky feetz

I'm a huge Meccariello fan, in the past year or so I have bought 8(!) pairs from him and have another 2 on order.
It is the closest thing to going bespoke without the prices, he will adapt lasts and accepts any and all ideas of personalisation
