Thanks. Pricing will be competitive with EG pricing. Finishing and detailing will blow the competition out of the water. Great value for the price. He will make some further refinements based on the feedback he gets on the prototypes (there are two more prototypes on the shoe box in one of the pictures, the ones with the red socks). Antonio thinks he should be ready to launch the new line by the end of the summer.

Wow... I shall leave my hands empty tomorrow in Northampton.

Will he offer last customization/remote fitting?

I think he always does, and willing to adjust the stock last to your feet.

The welt on those loafers is terrible for that type of shoe.
Needs to be rounded down and cut closer to the upper

You must be thinking about a moccasin, drivers, cemented slippers, or Blake stitched loafers. Any thinner it will be hard to service. Or are you actually looking for blind hand welted loafers only available by bespoke makers?

I'm a huge Meccariello fan, in the past year or so I have bought 8(!) pairs from him and have another 2 on order.

It is the closest thing to going bespoke without the prices, he will adapt lasts and accepts any and all ideas of personalisation

Alex speaketh the truth.

I personally love at least three pairs in there. Interesting to see that he's done a homage to the Antibes loafer.

As well as homage to the John Lobb (Paris) "Spirit of the Capitals" collection - London:
