For me personally, yes.
True to size compared to EG/CJ, half a size down from GG in E width
Thanks for the feedback @erikged
How would you characterise the volume of space in the toe box/instep of A.M. shoes (especially the Hawksbill last)?
I am UK9 on EG 606, 202.<fits great espcially on the 606>
I have a UK9.5 on EG 82 which i find to be a little too long, toe box roomy as well.
I think i should go with UK9 as well for the A.M. Hawksbill too. Appreciate your feedback too... Thanks.
Hi @erikged Thank you for your detailed description.
To echo Swede66...
My input on RTW sizing. I went with my 9.5E EG/G&G sizing (down .5 from 10D US) and it is perfect. There is no way I could have gone down a full size. I still have about 1/4 - 1/2" open at the top of the lacing, so the instep is not terribly high. Comfortable width and great arch support, leather & construction. Also, a winner for nicest box and bags for a $500 shoe.
I would recommend the lasted shoe trees. The ones I have from Skoak that work well with EG/G&G don't really want to go into this one (probably the arch). I'll have to get two sets on my next order .

Hi Swede, taking in consideration that the 82 last is one of my best fitting lasts and that an 82 last after being worn two times wears like this maybe a should go half size down, right?
