I would likely send then back to Italy.

I have rubber put on the bottom for this reason though. Moulded Shoe in NYC does a good job replacing the rubber without doing any damage.

How does one browse and buy A.M. 's RTW shoes?

Antonio aims to get his website and RTW collection up and running by end of May. He is in the midst of improving the photography of his selection.

ABsolutely beautiful!  How does Antonio's aurum line compare with the other high end shoes, i.e. Corthay, etc.?

The top brands I own are Corthay and Meccarrilo Aurum and to my untrained eye I would say Aurum are superior. Now keep in mind I am not an expert but I think it's shape more "graceful" and "elegant" as far as quality of leather they feel equally good. As for construction I honestly don't enough to make judgement either way. I love both and got second pair. Value for money Aurum for sure is better deal.

Construction on Aurum is vastly superior to Corthay.

It's a handsewn welt versus a fancy glue-job.

Antonio's test shoes and rejects are better than Crapthay.
Sorry, Corthay.

Looks like I'll be trying to commission something from him.  He posted a fancy whole cut that I think I just need to have.
