You can say it's a bit high compared to bigger firms with discounted shipping, but given the weight of the shoes with trees etc, it's not unreasonable. It's something you factor into the overall cost of getting something with Antonio.

Sometimes he replies quickly sometimes it can take a week. We were exchanging emails last week with little time between replies and now I haven't heard from him in a week. I would suggest waiting a week before confirming with him if he received your email.

Antonio recently sent pictures of my Aurum saddle oxfords which are currently under way. 

I had chosen kudu for the saddle area. Apparently he uses the same kudu leather as that used by G&G on a few of their models. 

Looking good, and can't wait to get my hands on the completed shoes.

Great idea with the kudu for the saddle area. The texture from the kudu will make it have much more depth to the shoe and should work out nicely.
