Well, it's 2 separate shipments (test shoes and final pair). Also, I don't think he does a very high volume of shipping (to America, anyway), so he can't get favorable rates from the couriers he uses.

Italian post is really awful so he is forced to use DHL. As Diadem says he also doesn't have a high enough volume to get favorable rates.

Of course this means we should order more.

€90ish isn't unheard of...I've been given similar quotes by other small producers.

Lol. The shipping cost to where I stay, is about 150 euros.
Per pair.
Shipping to you US folks is really cheap in comparison.
To "save" on shipping cost, I did 2 pairs at a time with Antonio. So the per pair cost for shipping, goes down. I'm sure this will sound ridiculous to most people. Haha.

Speaking of which, I think it's time I order another pair. Hmmm, now what do I want...?

His Tacticus model simply blows my mind. I've NEVER seen any other maker do something even remotely as mind blowing. You should do it.

Tacticus? That's JL 2009, I asked him to make it for me. It's a lot lot nicer than the JL.

Oh yes, I just googled. You're indeed right!

That seem less wholecut bal boot on his instantaneous is pretty mind blowing. Does that belong to anyone here?

That's mine too. Cataline or something like that.

It's incredible! Care to share any IRL pics with trouser pairings? How is the fit and has it aged well?
I posted pics when I received them. Antonio takes much better pics than me. I probably gave the Catalina it's third wear a couple of weeks ago. The Tacticus has been worn maybe for about three hours, it's supersnug at the moment, and I'm still breaking them in, slowly.

The price I originally posted was given to me via email & it includes test shoes etc. At least for US market !!

If I win powerball tonight I'm buying all the shoes.
