My question is what color button down shirt or shirts should i wear with these bow ties.

If they are pre-tied, I'd be looking at something like this:

Otherwise, sky blue solid or stripe for the first, light grey chambray for the second.

#1 is nearly universal, you could wear white, pink, blue, or any variation thereof (stripes, checks), provided it's pale in tone. (I have that tie, but with dogs, not bears),
#2 I'd wear with sky blue, solid only. White is a bit chancy, and no patterns on the shirt.

Ummm buy both, white works on both.

Option one is more versatile, and option 2 is more of a tip toe. Solids work great with option 1, so do certain plaids, if you can pull it off, green/yellow/white would be a good plaid combo.

Option 2, I say stick with solids, much easier to pair it with solids, I agree with the above. white will be a bit loud of a color for that bowtie, only because there is a lot of white in the plaid. Don't get me wrong though, I've seen people execute plaid bowties on patterned shirts, it just takes a special combination
