Like most here, I have decided to slim down the wallet. I am looking for a slim wallet/card holder that has the following:

1) ID window that can hold driver's license and a couple thin insurance cards
2) 3-4 cards
3) a couple folded bills (not a MUST but I don't want to carry a money clip at this point)

I have perused many brands recommended on this board in past threads, but few make something just like this (and that is pretty surprising to me). The ones that do (LV, MontBlanc) are a joke at retail. I want to stay under $200. I'll take brand recommendations, but I'm moreso looking for specific suggestions that someone has seen before.

Went to the local LV store today... they had a model called a Pocket Organizer that doesn't have an ID window. but it was fantastic. $260 is hard to swallow though...

Coach? You can probably get them at an outlet for like $50

I found a great RL Polo wallet that is a hybrid money clip and full-functioning wallet. It is nice looking and is extremely thin to allow me to carry it in my front pocket (excellent, since I travel frequently).

Several months back I browsing a Jos A. Bank and picked up this one that seems to meet your requirements. It flips open to a clear id pocket on one side, 2 card slots on the other side, and when closed there is a magnetic money clip on one side, and an external slot on the flip side. The external slot is nice for my debit card which seems to get used several times a day.

I've been quite pleased for the $32.

I use a wallet similar to this:

Tumi

Though mine doesn't have the brand name of the outside and is of a different type of leather.

I am quite happy with it.

My Tumi wallets were very so-so in terms of quality. I would recommend Paul Smith or Jack Spade, but I can't seem to find any models with ID windows.

Louis Vuitton, if it does not fit in here, you most likely do not need to carry it daily. 1 credit card, 1 bank card, 1 health card, 1 drivers license, a dozen business cards. You could fit a few folded bills, but just a few.
