In other words: when it was Drake's it was Drakes, but now that it is no longer Drake's, it's Drake's.

Bird's of Paradise scarf looks alright and really like the autumnal colours of the donegal silk ties... that's about it though.

The Unicorn (and new mughal) are back!!! Not on the Drake's site yet though..

Hey, I'm heading to London on Monday for about 2 weeks. Are there any Drake's discounters shops that I should visit. I'd like to bring back a few ties, pocket squares, and scarves. I'll definitely take a trip to the outlet, but just wondering if there are any other places that I should take a look at.

Just the Haberdasher street factory shop as far as I know.

As above, Haberdasher Street factory shop is the only place I know too. A few of the high end stores (Selfridges, Harrods etc) will stock Drakes, but unless there's a sale, it would likely be full price.

In the factory shop, prices are around £65 for a tie (all types incl. cashmere), about £90 for a scarf and £30 for a square.

The main shop on Clifford Street may be worth a visit to check out the new autumn / winter stock. Literally just off Savile Row and pretty much next to Richard James.

You're welcome to come and visit my office, but I'm not in the city, I'm in NW London. I have a pretty large stock of Drake's from this season and a few pieces from last season.

The NY guys were incredibly lucky with that sale, we never had a similar sale in the UK with both excellent quality stuff and prices, not that I remember anyway..

Nooooooooo! I cleaned up the past two years at that sale. The first year they even had Caruso for Drake's SCs for stupid cheap.

Maybe we can stir up some interest and agitate enough for another sale

Sort of kills the deal compared to the main shop.

I've had some good bargains there.  I agree it's best to check all the details of that which you buy.  I actually picked up some of their shirts (when they were sourced from Italy) from there at a good price.

I was able to fill out one of the VAT forms, I forget where I got it, and itemized my Drake's bounty from the Haberdasher Shop and received my refund.  Just an fyi, you can get the refund just not the forms like in central London.
