Ahha, I think Brooks is definately worth a look. Hawes and Curtis 18 in the classic fit are ok, apart from the waist which is so nearly there. Apparently the wasit sizing on that is 55 inches, so an extra few inches would be perfect.

The Brooks Brothers traditional fit is the largest I have found. They do an 18.5 inch neck which as a chest size of 63.5. They have a shop on Regent Street in London if you are in the south of the UK. Mr. Porter do sell some Brooks Brothers shirts, but they are over-priced and they don't sell the traditional fit.

Another alternative is Hawes and Curtis. Their Large and Tall range has a 19 inch collar size, a chest of 61.4 and a waist of 59.1 inches. That's the largest I have found of the larger UK shirt retailers. If you are going to buy Hawes and Curtis shirts then check to see if you can get the shirt on the Amazon website. Amazon don't have the full Hawes and Curtis range, but if they do have your shirt you can get them for around £25, compared to £35 on the Hawes and Curtis website. Delivery is cheaper from Amazon too, typically £3 compared to £5. That adds up to a saving of over £13 per shirt!
