Glad to pass the info along.

This pair of chukkas look interesting as well, with DSW saying it's goodyear welted. No photos of sole in inside so hard to tell.

Didn't like them.. Nicer chukkas could be bought for that kind of $$

I guess I waited too long... Oh well. I had a hard time finding styles I liked on DSW anyway except for one pair!

They seem to have taken on the "witches toe" selection only :)

I can't believe these didn't come in my size. Oh well.

Last month I bought two pair of Sanotni shoes. I'm very happy with them, I like them more than the Prada's or Ferragamo's. In the pic the ones in the right side look blakc, they are not, they are dark brown.

Hey Santoni fans, the shoe that got me into the brand just a few months ago (Quentin) looks to be available for 50% off at Nordstroms.  BUT, only in Brown and sice 8.5.

I have the black, and would gladly buy the Brown if it were in 13D.  In any case, if someone has 8.5 size shoes and is looking for a top-notch pair of shoes here you go:

Both very nice, but the double monks really do it for me.

Thanks! I was looking for the dark brown shoes because I don't like to use black shoes with blue suits. So with blue suits I use this dark brown shoes and look "more formal", I guess. biggrin.gif

Where from?

Interesting, I thought I posted here earlier but it didn't clear maybe cause I had a link in it.

I was writing to say Nordstroms has a pair of Santoni Quentin - Brown size 9D - for half off on its website right now.  I bought a black pair a few months back that got me into Santoni and they are extremely impressive shoes.

So if you are in market for a Brown shoe at a good discount and wear size 9, head over to their site.

Yep - my only pair of Santonis are as dark a brown as I have ever seen - I love 'em.
