I will be in Florence, Rome, and Venice in a couple of weeks. Any pointers on where I can find Santoni there? Any help would be highly appreciated.

I'm pretty well versed with Santoni in the US market, I'm always curious to see what styles I can find whenever I'm in Europe.

Dug up some older pictures.

Here is a Goodyear welted pair I got from Barcelona a couple years ago:



Got them from Santa Eulalia, here was the rest of the selection. I wish I would have gotten the double monk also:

I don't have have a specific suggestion, but Santoni is carried in the majority of nice men's stores in Europe. You should come across a lot more of their higher end models that are hard to find in the States.

Rome has tons of santoni all over the shopping district and a headquarters store.

I love those boots! Reminds me of one of my all time favorites, the Quirion which they've recently made with lighter weight sole.

My second pair recently arrived.  Another E-bay purchase, but unlike my first pair these aren't FAMs, but something from their mid-tier selection, and have (gasp!) rubber soles.  But hey, they were just over $200, they look great and are unbelievably comfortable right out of the box:
