Wondering if anybody knows of anywhere in the Cleveland OH area to get bespoke or MTM trousers. Much appreciated.

I'm not from cleveland but have been to Kilgore Trout. Great shop- and they do Samuelsohn MTM. They have a talented tailoring staff- and do custom tailoring and MTM (though I don't think it's full bespoke).
