For Sale:
PRICE DROPS! - Closet Cleaning - Brioni (BNWT!) and Battistoni Jackets (38R/48R)

Will Ship To: Anywhere

I'm a long time lurker on this forum, and now I am clearing out my closet and am putting some of my things up for sale. Specifically, I just got my first W. W. Chan, and now I am trying to raise the dough for another one.

I will fold carefully. Shipping is $8 in the US (USPS priority mail). International buyers please e-mail me with your address for pricing. I will also do pick-up in NYC.

I have two jackets for sale here:

Brioni 2-button Charcoal Wool jacket – brand new with tags - $499 $399 $349$299 OBO - Tagged 38R

This jacket, which is labeled as the Feberico model, is made from a dark charcoal wool. It feels like it could be a 120s, but it is simply labeled 100% wool. The lining material is not described, but it seems like Bemberg, with the Brioni logos on it (see the detail photo). The main label says Brioni Barneys New York.

Inside on the right is a buttoning wallet pocket. On the left side is a chest pocket and a cigarette pocket. The jacket is double vented. The jacket is brand new with the tags and the gold thread on the shoulders and sleeves, though it appears to have been tried on once, as there is a small tailor’s chalk mark at the bottom of the back. The sleeves are cut so that the buttons can be made fully functional. Included is a spool of thread, 10 sleeve buttons and 1 spare main jacket button.

This jacket was part of a suit, but the pants went missing – which is why when I bought it new, it was sold as a jacket only. No hanger included.

• Length from top of collar – 31.5”
• Width across shoulders (at back just below collar) – 18”
• Sleeve length from top of shoulder seam – 25” w/approximately 2” to let out
• Waist (measured at top of pockets) – 20.25”
• Chest (measured under armpit) – 20.75”

Battistoni Grey-Olive/Green Wool 3-button jacket - $399 $349 $299$229 OBO - Tagged 38/48R

This jacket is a greyish-green wool. The fabric feels similar to other garments I have made from super 120s, though it is simply labeled 100% wool. Lining is 100% Bemberg with a pattern (either stylized B’s or open books, depending on how you look at it) that is used by Battistoni for their suits. Double vented.

Inside the jacket, the right side has a button pocket for your wallet (covered by a triangular flap). The left side has three pockets, including a pen pocket and a cigarette pocket. All 8 buttonholes are functional.

According to a thread on this forum (and a couple of other places), Battistoni is made by Castangia. In my opinion, the quality of this jacket is better than my Isaia suits, and on par with the Brioni jacket listed below.

This jacket was part of a suit, but the pants went missing – which is why when I bought it new, it was sold as a jacket only.

I’ve had this jacket for a couple of years, but have only worn it about 5 times. It looks brand new.

Also included is the matching hanger.

• Length from top of collar – 32.5”
• Width across shoulders (at back just below collar) – 18”
• Sleeve length from top of shoulder seam – (left 25.75” right 26”)
• Waist (measured at top of pockets) – 20”
• Chest (measured under armpit) – 20.75”

Potentially a very stupid question, but is the Brioni fully-canvassed?

Thank you.

No problem at all - it is fully canvassed.
