I am extremely interested in a few of their patinas.

These 3 in particular. I emailed them regarding shipping and sizing for those 3. Not sure if you are willing to go back and check if you are near by again, but would you be willing to proxy any to California? For a fee of course.

Well, there goes my little buzz of excitement. Tried Magnanni before. Never again.

@Leaves  Do you happen to have any top down (as if starting at your own shoes) images of these?  I LOVE the 6237 (brown) but I'm slightly concerned it's a little....Alden-esque for my particular taste (I know I know, people love Alden.  I'm just not one of them)  Thank you!

I bought a pair of derbies from Nordstorm previously at around $170.00. They lasted about 5-6 months of wear 2-3 times a week and the heel often gave me blisters.

Just for clarification - Carlos Santos does not produce shoes for Magnanni. I checked with Ana Santos when I met her earlier this week, because someone asked about it before. Magnanni is a Spanish company and I have no idea where they produce their shoes. But it's definitely not Carlos Santos.

Lovely!

Is the Florest Jumper actually available in stock or do we have to wait 4 weeks?

I hope they are mine and as I've been told today they are in the post rather excited. Not been on the forum for some time due to ill health and was rather taken aback by the vicous and uncalled for abuse on this thread. Glad the individual was kicked off. Cheers.

I am looking for some advice, namely for Carminas and Carlos Santos. I have been able to go to a local shop and try on LodinG which I understand is a private line that Carlos Santos produces (albeit at a lower quality and price point). I found out I am a standard width (medium) UK11, whereas for American shoes (Allen Edmonds), I can fit in a 11.5EE (wide) or 12D (medium). I was wondering if a UK11 would be a good fit in Carlos Santos, I was looking at the standard black captoe dress shoes (10007 on the 234 last).

I can't comment on Loding and if they are made by Carlos Santos. CS produces private label for a large variety of makers and brands. I would think many of those brands have lasts developed especially for their private label clients so a comparison between lasts might not be helpful. Please feel free to email us for fitting advice though.
