There was a thread about this very question 3 or 4 years ago.  You're behind the ball as always!   ... let me dig it up for you

Is it worth going? I declined free passes to Frieze and got passes to the Armory show (always a zoo) instead.

Obviously . . . it depends. I went last year with my older daughter and loved it, but we were unprepared and wore out. My wife is there now with my younger daughter, but was better prepared with picnic lunch, water, etc. It is huge and can be tiring. On the other hand, you can take a break for an hour and sit on the lawn and listen to live music.

As for the quality, the work is all over the place. We saw stuff last year that my daughter was specifically interested in and lots of surprising things as well. It is, fundamentally, commercial so what the galleries show is pretty much up to them. But most of the top names are represented.

The reports from today are good so far . . . my daughter saw the work of someone she had met before and the gallerista gave her a fancy book of his work.

Check your pm box.

I've been told that I'd look good in a man bun (coined mun lol) by many a hipster and hipster-wannabe female. It's actually just long enough to tie up a little bit, but I won't be bunning.

Apparently man bun monday (munday lolz) is a big thing on the Instagrams.

I think you should try this look next time you are bringing your knives for sharpening.

Especially if you are taking the subway.

I don't mind the bun, so long as it's done well(check my profile gif). Guys with really long wavy hair like that one guy on SuperFuture, who looks like Prince, do it well. Unfortunately most are bad. Guys with top knots are the worst. It's like, "hey I want to tie my hair back, but this is taking too long, so I'm going to shave the sides off."

Some broad here in Tri, just started calling people stupid out her car window as she drove past a red light and into pedestrians crossing the street.

Maybe we can grab a drink before/after?

There's this really profound book called "Bushido: way of the warrior" excellent.

I'd go but work has been keeping me recently. I did go to the NYC premiere, however.

Would have loved to see that Greg but I'm in Tokyo next week.

Also, there is a huge Wegmans in Princeton and I don't get the love for that place. It has a much better bakery than the Whole Foods here, but the rest of the place is pretty meh. And the WF here isn't really even that great.

This reminds me of NJ's stupid fucking jug-handles everywhere. Makes you not want to drive anywhere.

Man there is a lot of stupid shit in NJ.

9 AM: WTF was going on in the Hudson? Some boat was spraying huge columns of water into the air, and then 20 powerboats were speeding away from it heading south. All the while normal commuter and commercial traffic was going on as normal.
