Suck balls bro. I'm offering options to NYC for low cash players. You've called it out as suck. Clearly you have no rationale so don't brink that -1 weak shit. Back it up.

Would live in Albuquerque though, buy its in a diff state and small as fuck. But I live in DC so its moot. Don't you live in that shitbox Richmond? Or is that Teger? I get confused with people that want to feel important.

are you a crazy person? also charlottesville is not that nice.

I like richmond, small town feel with big city amenities.

There is lots of free or inexpensive stuff in NYC, much more than any where else in the country. I've been to the free Shakespeare in the Park for almost every year for the past 10 years. I've seen Julia Stiles, Jimmy Smits, Christopher Lloyd, Sam Watterson, Liev Schrieber, Al Pacino and Anne Hathaway, just to name a few, at that event. There are lots of hole-in-the wall restaurants in NYC that are fantastic.

The distinction is that NYC is a world class city if you have the $$$. The more I travel the world, the more I realize that everyone from around the world goes to NYC to sell you stuff if you have the $$$. That includes performing arts, food and etc. No other city in the USA has that draw.

The main reason New York sucks is that it's too far from San Francisco. I get bored on flights.

What's a 'big city' amenity?

Trash? Homeless people? Expensive housing?

nyc is the dirtiest city in north america.  period.

It would be less sucky if nyc's football teams actually played in nyc or even ny state for that matter.

For those who don't know: the ny giants and ny jets share the same stadium in nearby new jersey.

I guess if nyc actually won the Olympics they would've made an Olympic/future football stadium on the east side near the javits center along the Hudson (would've been EPIC and awesome location) or made a new stadium where the old Shea stadium is (still potentially awesome and with ample parking).

Every major museum has free days too. You can literally see a van goh/Warhol/monet on a whim for free at the moma on a Friday afternoon. Hell even the bronx zoo is free on Wednesday's.

As for sports. I've seen my beloved red sox and celtics more times in Yankee stadium and Madison square garden than in Boston .Regular tickets are cheaper compared to Fenway and the same for td garden.

I don't think I'm a crazy person for having an opinion and exchanging ideas here on a forum. Why do you ask?

Having visited Richmond many times, it's not for me. But it seems like you enjoy it which is great. It's important to like where you live.

I'd definitely live in Charlottesville before Richmond, but again its an opinion which you might find crazy.
